I’m a UI/UX and graphic designer with a background in branding and communication design. I began with an interest in visual identity and studied design and IT media. To expand into interface design, I later trained at BCIT, focusing on usability and front-end tools. I combine structure with detail to create designs that are functional and visually clear.
I’ve worked with companies in retail, e-commerce, and food service platforms (including H Mart, Bungaejangter, and E-Land Eats), handling projects ranging from packaging and social campaigns to brand identity and digital content. These experiences taught me how to adapt design to real-world constraints, communicate clearly across different formats, and balance creativity with purpose.
My process begins with understanding the user through research, journey mapping, and field observation. From there, I develop ideas through user flows and wireframes. I go beyond layout, translating brand identity into every micro-interaction, typographic choice, and spatial decision. Depending on the scope, I prototype using Figma, Webflow, or HTML/CSS, and iterate early to ensure visual clarity, consistency, and alignment between brand and user experience.
I chose design because there’s never just one answer. Each problem invites new perspectives, and that ambiguity keeps me learning and refining my approach. I’m drawn to how different designers interpret the same brief in unique ways, yet all aim for clarity, usability, and emotional impact. For me, design is about connection, not just making things look good but solving real problems with clarity and care.
